BRUSH CARE TIPS
The basic tools for working with watercolors are brushes.
To keep creating, it's important to care for your magic brush wands.
A few tips to help you in this difficult endeavor:
-After every painting session, it is recommended that you rinse your brush well. Dried paint can damage its integrity.
-Brushes should be dried on a horizontal or inclined surface with the nap downwards.
-When completely dry, store the brush in a clean and dry place with the pile side up.
-Do not leave the brush in water for long periods of time. Being on the bottom, it will deform.
Don't neglect these tips and your brushes will last for years to come.
Vegan Inktober
Vegan Inktober
Inktober is getting closer! I have participated in Inktober three times already and even won prizes. But the biggest prize was the publication of my
black-and-white illustrations in the book "Titanic Day by Day". The book is unique, its author is Simon Medhurst, great-grandson of the helmsman Robert Hitchens. The book is sold worldwide in English.
If you have already decided to take part in this exciting marathon. I have a vegan selection of materials for you to use to create black and white drawings. For a full list of art materials, check out my telegram channel
